Sallie is passionate about helping mission-driven companies navigate regulatory complexity and scale with integrity.

Sallie has more than a decade of experience at the intersection of law, finance, and technology. She spent over eight years at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, serving across three administrations and ultimately as Assistant Director of the San Francisco Regional Office. At the SEC, she oversaw complex investigations and high-profile enforcement actions involving public companies, private funds, and emerging technologies, and worked closely with federal, state, and international regulators.

Earlier in her career, Sallie practiced litigation at Sidley Austin LLP in San Francisco and Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York. She holds a J.D. from New York University School of Law and a B.A. from Yale University.
